INTRODUCTION TO VEDIC ASTROLOGY (JYOTISH)

Join an 8 week webinar where we delve into the fundamentals of Vedic astrology and how to interpret your own Vedic astrology chart.

Dates: January 28, February 4, February 11, February 25, March 4, March 11, March 18, and March 25
Timing: 5:30 – 7 pm Pacific Time. 
Format: One hour lecture and presentation format followed by half hour optional Q & A.

1. Introduction to Vedic astrology (Jyotish)

2. Planetary Significations and Planetary Strengths and Weaknesses

3. Introduction to the Vedic Horoscope (North Indian style)

4.  The 12 signs of the Zodiac and Vedic Horoscope Interpretation

5.  The 12 houses of the zodiac

6.  Planetary Cycles (Dashas)

7. Transits (Gochara)

8.  Chart analysis and summary

Syllabus is subject to change as dictated by participant dynamics.
Homework will be assigned and discussed the following week.
Recommended reading: Light on Life by Hart DeFouw and Dr. Robert Svoboda
No previous astrology experience is necessary.
A recording will be provided after each course in the event that you miss a session.  Recordings will be available for one month following the completion of the course.

Refund Policy: Full refund 1 week prior to the start of the class less a 5% administrative fee (by January 21 at 5 pm Pacific) . A 50% refund is provided  for less than 1 week prior to the class until January 27 at 5 PM Pacific. No refund will be provided once the course is in session, for any reason.
